About The Project

Dreamworld Leadership Initiative for Girls is an educational support and mentoring project for young girls who are placed in a disadvantaged position educationally and socially because of poverty in Africa.

We provide financial support and mentors for these young girls selected from rural communities across Africa.  We hope to empower and nurture them from young girls, thereby turning them into young women with hope for a better future!

The project was launched successfully in Benin City, Edo State on Friday 6th November 2009 at the Festival Hall, Government House!

Thanks to the Office of the First Lady of Edo State, Ministry of Women Affairs and Social Development and all those who contributed towards the success of the event!

We continue to recruit on an on-going basis, female business women and successful career women to mentor our young girls in Nigeria, West Africa and the African continent as role models to mentor our "Dream Girls". This will no doubt go a long way towards making sure our girls achieve their optimum potential in life. These girls are growing knowing that there are people who care about them. In future, it will be their turn to mentor young girls and help them find their calling in life.

We have started this vision with just 6 'Dream Girls' but our aim is to 'grow' by adding more girls and offering them financial support and mentoring.....
One person can make the difference........little drops of water make mighty ocean; the journey of 1000km begins with a step...........
